The Lakes at Cross Timbers is a 160 acre master-planned residential development located at 49th W. Avenue and 121st Street South (Hwy 117), less than 15 minutes southwest of Tulsa, and east of Sapulpa.

Directions from Tulsa: take U.S. 75 (Beeline) south to Highway 117 (Sapulpa Exit), then west 2 miles to 49th West Avenue OR take the new Creek Turnpike westward to the 49th West Avenue exit, then south on 49th West Avenue 1 mile.
